Once again supporters of Charleston Habitat came out to Bowens Island for one rockin' afternoon. The event was held on June 22nd, Home Team BBQ provided the all-you-can-eat BBQ and The Bridge kicked off the event with plenty of music and a live broadcast.
Also providing entertainment was a funky rock n' roll band called Love Butter. With a fun mixture of saxophone solos and plenty of drumming, the docks were bouncing to the beat of a good timin' crowd.
We want to thank everyone who came out to support the event; we raised over $4,600 to support the construction of a house in West Ashley. Pictures of people dancing, chatting and having a great time are posted below.
