Our new "A Brush with Kindness" program is set to begin this summer in the Highland Terrace neighborhood in North Charleston. This neighborhood revitalization project will take place next to Joppa Way, where CHFH recently purchased lots for future home builds.

Family: The Dennis Family

Project Type: Historic Rehab, Home Repair. EarthCraft certified
Charleston Habitat is partnering with the Historic Charleston Foundation and the
City of Charleston to improve and restore the Dennis Family's home. The home will
receive a full lead abatement, new foundation and complete indoor remodel. All these
projects will be EarthCraft certified, which will reduce utility costs and protect the environment.
