MATCHING GIFTS Did you know that a matching gift could double or triple your donation? Many corporations will match employee or retiree gifts. Obtain a Matching Gift Form from your human resources office and include it with your donation. Be sure to fill out and sign the donor section before sending in the form. Some companies have an on-line matching gift procedure.

GIFTS THAT KEEP GIVING If there is someone on your gift list who seems to have everything, consider gifting them with an honorarium to Charleston Habitat. By making a donation in someone's honor, you champion affordable housing in the cities of Charleston and North Charleston and complete gift shopping simultaneously. Each honorarium recipient receives a card acknowledging your gift. Such gifts are appropriate for numerous occasions including birthdays, baptisms, bar and bat mitzvahs, graduations, housewarmings, weddings, new babies and more.

IN-KIND DONATIONS If you are a part of a corporation that may be able to donate in-kind supplies (building materials, administrative services, computers, etc.), this type of donation is just as needed as monetary donations. Please call 843-722-7145 to donate.
