Charleston Habitat for Humanity is able to offer homes at far below market rate due to the generous donations of labor and materials from individuals, businesses, and faith-based organizations in the community and through significant, necessary gifts of cash towards the actual costs of each project. Charleston Habitat depends on this support, which ranges from $10 for a box of nails, to a full home sponsorship of $75K.
